Shipping, COD and payments set up so orders arrive and get paid.
In India an order isn’t a sale until it’s delivered and paid for. Returned COD parcels can eat the whole margin. We connect payments and couriers, set COD and partial-COD rules that cut the orders that bounce, and put NDR follow-ups in place so fewer parcels come back.

Version 1 first, then upgrades.
We put a working version live on a fixed date, then keep adding to it as real customers use it. It won’t have everything on day one, and that’s deliberate: the first month of real use tells us what to build next.

Questions about shipping, COD and payments
Return to origin: a parcel the customer did not accept or could not be delivered, usually a COD order. You pay shipping both ways and the product comes back used or damaged. Cutting RTO by even a few points often adds more profit than more ad spend.
Rarely. For most Indian categories COD is a large share of orders. The answer is usually rules: partial COD above a certain value, COD off for pincodes or customers with a history of returns, and a confirmation step on WhatsApp.
It depends on your volume, locations and categories. Shiprocket suits most small stores starting out; direct contracts with Delhivery or others make sense at higher volumes. The plan compares the options for your numbers.
Version 1 gets the basics live and measured quickly. Once real numbers come in, we know which upgrade will pay back first, so your budget goes there instead of being spread thin across everything.
